I have a 30 qt Brinkmann fryer and the Bayou Classic B300 fit it perfectly. I have use it twice to cook wings and once for a carved up turkey. This unit is well built. i.e., sturdy.

I purchased this as a Christmas present for my fiance to go along with the outdoor turkey fryer I had also bought him. We have used it a few times already to deep fry chicken wings & had had no issues at all. It has held up fine. We did follow the enclosed directions and wipe vegetable oil on it before the first use.

Basket works very well in our turkey fryer. We used it for chicken wings and french fries and it worked very well. The price can not be beat. The basket that was offerd by the manufacturer of our fryer was being sold for $129.00, and this one, which is the same thing was only about $30.00. The only thing we learned was that in order to prevent food from sticking, you should dip the basket in the oil prior to putting the first batch of food in. Other than that, we made 30 lbs of chicken wings and 15 lbs of fries for a graduation party without a hitch! AA great product at a great price.

We bought the Bayou turkey fryer kit at Home Depot, but it did not come with the basket. HD did not sell the basket separately, so I ordered this one from Amazon. When we got it my husband thought for sure it was too small, but it fit perfectly in the 30 qt pot.

I was satisfied with this product, other than the fact that it doesn't quite fit my 30 qt fryer from Bass Pro Shop. This item was better priced than those for sale at Bass Pro, but it might make more sense to suck up the extra money and buy the basket that goes with the particular fryer you have. The rim on this product caused the product to stick in the fryer pot, so I had to hammer down the sides a bit to make it go in and out correctly. I'm sure if you have a Bayou Classic fryer it'll work just fine!
