Corona's are the best Jun 20, 2008

I have used Corona cutting products for many years. While they are not indestructable, they are as good as it get.

Good performance for the price Aug 17, 2009
By Comdet I've been very pleased with the Corona saw. I debated between this and saws by Felco or Silky but went with the Corona. There's a lot to like about this - the 8 inch length is very practical. Not too big so you can get into tight spots, but big enough that it can handle a decent diameter limb when needed. The blade is very nicely done. No, it's not as durable as the blades from Silky, but it will get the job done with minimal fuss. Cuts on the pull stroke, and impulse hardened for durability. Replaceable, but the price of the blade is almost the same as the full saw. Like many Corona products it has a lifetime warranty, and they are pretty good when it comes to customer service when I've dealt with them in the past.
Where Corona cut corners is with the handle. It's not bad, but does not have the solid feel of Silky or Felco (or other premium brands). I expect it will hold up well for general homeowner use, but may not last all that long with heavy-duty use (professional landscaper, nursery, etc.).
Not the best out there, but a good value for the money.

By Heidi Robinson The Corona hand saw is just the right size. Very sharp & makes for quick pruning.
A superb backpacking saw... Apr 13, 2012
By Fish-N-Camper No, I have not used it yet, but as soon as I received it in the mail I knew it was the right saw. I had done a lot of searching for a lightweight, easy to use, and durable saw. This is the one. I will update after my first use this coming weekend.
