Over priced hunk-o-junk May 16, 2009
By T.H. I bought one of these two years ago, seduced by the bright orange color. I paid locally retail about $50 thinking that if it was brass it must be good quality. Almost immediately I had to contend with inconsistent flow (I would set the end points for my odd shaped yard only to find that the next time I turned it on I would have to readjust it all over again). Sometimes it would get stuck at one end and not come back, but I would manage to get it working again. Finally after a long winter it was time for its third season...after 10 minutes fiddling trying to get it working properly for more than one cycle I realized it was dead and not going to oscillate any longer. Into the recycle bins it goes!

Gets stuck May 27, 2010
By Robert T. Smith I thought I would splurge and get this heavier duty looking sprinkler, thinking it would last many years. After half a season, it started getting stuck on one end of the oscillation. It will just stop until I nudge it. The store I purchased it from has since gone out of business. I have contacted dramm through their website on how to resolve this issue but have yet to receive a response. Their website has no warranty information or customer support area. There is just a contact form to fill out, which I did to no avail.

Dramm ColorStorm Premium Metal Oscillating Sprinkler with Brass Nozzle Jets May 11, 2010
By Shelby I have had 3 of these lawn sprinklers for over 2 years and they are absolutely the best sprinklers I have ever had. The spray pattern can be set to almost any pattern desired by manipulating 2 separate levers that determine exactly where the water will spray on each side. In addition, a separate knob sets the water level from high to low. These 2 control mechanisms make this an extremely adjustable lawn sprinkler.
Besides the superb adjustably, this sprinkler is constructed of a heavy metal with brass jets and hose connectors. Its weight will keep it where you put it in the yard or garden and because it has no sharp edges, it can be pulled across the lawn without catching on the grass.

I have purchased and used cheap oscillating sprinklers for years (the Lowes and Home Depot variety) and they typically work well for only the first season and then the mechanism to control the oscillation gives out. This one is in a different league. It costs about twice as much as the discount models but I'm very happy with it. Excellent quality of construction - unlike the cheapies it has a beautiful heavy-duty metal frame, good and intuitive adjustment mechanism, and it works like a charm! I bought it for our lawn, but my wife immediately appropriated it for the garden, so I may be getting another one soon...

Two months of (almost) daily use ... Aug 13, 2009
By Shesopen ...and still going strong! We have extraordinarily strong water pressure and have blown out more cheap plastic sprinklers than I want to think of ... the Dramm has held up beautifully - the oscillation is smooth and the water spray remains even. Plus - it's really pretty! The shiny brass and blue just looks so pretty in the grass - makes me wish for a matching hose! I would buy this again - twice over - because it's just a great product.
