Waterproof and Rugged May 14, 2007

I have had the rubberized pads in the past. They were uncomfortable and eventually craked or the straps broke. The Fiskars Kneelers are a waterproof fabric covering a thick padding. After a recent rain I did some weeding and they are waterproof. They are so much more comfortable to wear and to walk around in. I am happy so far with the Kneelers.

I am a landscape designer but also do garden maintenance. I have bought other kinds of knee pads but they didn't fit snugly. The Fiskars Knee Pads fit securely, are very thick and don't ride up or down. I think they will last a long time.

Well, I can't believe I had not purchased this item before now (about 6 months ago)! These pads fit securely around your legs, and they have two heavy duty straps that wrap above and below your knees. They are left and right, as well. Didn't know that at first, but I just put an L and an R on the appropriate knee pad so I wouldn't have to examine them before each use. They are thick and save your knees and back, because you do not have to stoop any more.
I bought two pairs. One for outdoor use and one for indoor use. I, now, can work faster in the yard, AND in the house. I used them while weeding, and they allowed me to just move aound on my knees. They are really durable and comfortable/excellent padding. I used them indoors while doing a thorough cleaning of my kitchen floor. They let you slide a bit! I was thrilled when I was able to move quickly around the floor. No getting up and down in order to get under the cabnets.
THIS IS A MUST PRODUCT IF YOU DO YOUR OWN HOUSE AND YARD WORK!!! SAVE YOUR KNEES AND YOUR BACK!!!

These knee pads are fantastic. They absorb moisture (I use 1 pair for gardening), and I use the 2nd pair for chores in the house. However, I recently discovered that they clean off very easy, and so I am able to use both pairs indoors or outdoors. They are very comfortable when kneeling. I can, and have, gardened for hours and wearing the Fiskars Kneelers have saved my knees and my back. The pads are thick and soft and stay in place while you work. If you are using them to clean a hardwood floor, you will find that you actually can slide around a bit with them on. That makes cleaning floors much easier. WHAT A GREAT PRODUCT.

These are great for working in the garden & provide some nice padding for my knees. They're pretty easy to walk in too.
