I own 3 of the regular Flexogen 8 ply aqua colored hoses and they still work fine after 19 years use, but they have a mildew issue (granted I can easily wipe it off w/ bleach but I'd prefer if I didn't have to do this). I bought this hose to see since it is the latest and greatest version if it would be more mildew resistant. I have not had it long enough to yet determine. I also like the connecting ends better since it reduces stress and hopefully will prevent leaking at the faucet end. This is a solid reputation company that stands behind its product (my neighbor sent one back for a quick replacement). It is so true that once you buy this wonderful kink free hose that you will never have to buy another, except of course those in my situation that desire to try the latest model!

Whats not to love about this hose? Its surprisingly light weight, it has a nice large grip on the coupler (which is brass BTW), and they've improved the strain relief by using a spring instead of rubber on the old hoses. If there is a drawback I haven't found it yet.

I got this after reading the other reviews on how well it works at tried it out. My jaw dropped 10 inches once I hooked this up. The end of it went on the spout very fast and easy, and when I turned it on, there was not one drop of water leaking out from the end. I was so happy because this has never happened to me before. I can now save tons of water this way. The only thing I hate is the length. I thought 25 feet was a lot bigger than it was, but I was wrong. It won't even reach around the end of my house. I think the 100 foot is probably a lot safer bet. You get what you pay for and this hose is amazing. Definitely would recommend it, just a larger size than the 25 foot, unless you only use it very close to your water spout.

I have owned Flexogen hoses for years...they are the tops...anything goes wrong Flexogen will replace the hose without shipping charges...living in Hawaii make that a massive expense on their part...read warranty...

I ordered this product from years of experience both at home and on the job. Flexogen hoses are durable and non-kinking and worth the price.
