Good Hose just Different than I expected Nov 04, 2009

This hose came in perfect shape and is a great hose. It is just more rigid than I expected it to be. I had seen some softer rubber hoses that coil well and this was what I was expecting. It is industrial in strength and I am sure will last forever. It is just more rigid and like vinyl than I expected.

Though I have had this hose for only a short time everything about it screams durability. From a solid 6 ply construction to thick solid brass hose ends and a nice think spring to prevent kinks at the faucet the hose is a nice build. Trying to find a 25' 3/4 inch hose in most stores is near impossible.
The extra 1/8th in in diameter is worth the money. A stronger water flow for washing or more water for watering. No problems and a very hard to find size for a great price through Amazon.

Bought this hose to use with a high pressure washer and first time I use it, leaked very bad at the water faucet connection. On closer examination, found the hose connection was damaged from the manufacture. Contacted Amazon and they sent a new one out to me next day. The UPS guy waited while I put the damaged one in the same shipping box with a shipping label provided by Amazon. You just can't beat that any where.

Very Solid Product May 05, 2011

Was slightly worried when other customers said the hose felt more plastic/vinyl than rubber, but personally I feel that it is the perfect balance. Any softer and I feel like it would be susceptible to kinking and chaffing/wear. Still has a very soft, durable feel regardless, but if you're looking for a rubber-feeling hose you can't go wrong with this model.
