5Best Pruner Head I've Ever Owned, Bar None!  Jun 04, 2011
By John E "California Dude"
I don't know why this pruner head was rated 1-star by another reviewer. In my estimation, it's the best pruner head I've ever owned. It's dependable, rugged, and well-designed.

1Worthless  Sep 16, 2010
By Donald Anez
Ordered this product on the assumption that it would actually cut small branches and aid in the pruning as advertised. This product comes without a rope needed to operate the pruner...no big deal. However once the pruner is installed and you try and use it, it's essentially worthless. Won't cut hot butter. Total waste of money. Wouldn't cut even the smallest of branches under 1/2''. Would not recommend this piece of junk to anyone. The pole saw works well for the money. Don't throw your money away on Pruner Head11 Red. Hope this will save someone a headache. Gave this item NO STARS as it's totally useless.

5Great tool  Jul 05, 2011
By R. Papcun "RP"
Won't cut hot butter? Within a few minutes I trimmed a Black Gum tree and easily cut 1" thick branches (broom handle width) about 20 ft off the ground. It was VERY easy to use. I basically guided the pole up to the branch I wanted to cut and tried to hook it with the loop. Once you felt you hooked it, you then pulled the rope. Some of the thicker branches were a bit harder to cut/pull but I was able to do it with one hand - I'm no Conan. It is very sharp and you get good leverage with the designed system. I will use this a lot.

The pruner arrived in less than 3 days.... I installed it on an existing pole that I had, from a broker Friskers head... worked good........ and I am pleased with the purchase. Thank you very much.

4Tree Pruner  Oct 28, 2011
By Robert Nelson
Works great. I did have to drill the adapter to get the bolt through but no big deal. I would buy this unit again compared to the prices at the box stores.
