1What was sent was not what is pictured  Nov 12, 2007
By Patrick Jacobs
I ordered this as it appeas to have an angled heating element, as does the one offered by Big Green Egg. The starter they sent was not angled, but straight like a 'typical' charcoal starter. ANTONLINE refused to anser my emails so I resorted to Amazon for a refund.

1What you see is not what you get!  Jul 25, 2008
By DANA
The angled electric charcoal starter that is advertised in this ad is not what the seller sends you. You get a straight charcoal starter not an angled one. This seller is dishonest and writes a misleading ad.

3Electric Charcoal Starter  Jan 02, 2008
By Jodi
The online picture makes the product look like the larger kettle style starter. That is why I ordered three of them. It actually is the smaller straight version. We will use them anyway as they do not last long if you do a lot of BBQ. The company was very efficient and quick to ship.

5Very pleased with performance!!  Jul 06, 2009
By Cookiemonster
We were looking for a different way to light the charcoal instead of using the lighter fluid, because my Husband complained of tasting lighter fluid in the meat that was cooked. Well, we don't have that problem any more!! This thing really does the job, and doesn't take long either!! Highly recommended!! Thanks!
