Outdoor Propane Wok Mar 19, 2008
By A. Hanson This product is everything you need an outdoor wok to be. Easily cooks for 8 people. It is fun to cook near the table and be part of the party. It provides the high heat necessary to make the flash cooked, crisp and tender vegetables in Chinese stir-fry cooking. We cook one dish right after another with ease. It is a real joy to use this wok. I wish I had one in my kitchen. We keep it on the lania and use it everyday.

Manual misleading Sep 02, 2009
By denis arvay The unit operates well and makes excellent stir-fry. The "manual" however is confusing, and the illustrations don't match the parts sent. Had to call them to get accurate assembly instructions. Inconsiderate to customers, that.

very good for stir frying Aug 31, 2009

I got this specifically for stir frying. My wife likes the taste of stir frys but didn't like the smoke created by indoor high temperature stir frying. The King Kooker improved the taste further with even higher temperatures and moved the smoke outside. Nice simple, relatively inexpensive solution.

King Kooker 24WC Mar 11, 2011

The unit i received not the same as the picture shown, the wind guard is haft the height of what show on the picture. Not easy put it together. i did some test cooking, the gas head is about 10 inches away from the bottom of the wok and low wind guard, it will not heat wok to high temperature, little breeze would stop cooking completely.
Not for outdoor cooking. don't buy it.

Super cooking.....mediocre frame Aug 02, 2010
By mermodfreres While the heat blast on this thing is impressive, the frame for the cooker is just so-so. But, at ~$85 it's well worth the money. I made Pad Thai in ~5 minutes and some killer stir-fry in less than 8 minutes. I love this thing but do with the frame were a bit more substantial If you want to use "smaller" pots for the device (clearly it was made to use the wok and not much else), get the grill grate for the small Weber grill (the table top size); it fits perfectly and can support all size saucepans. But, be forewarned: the handle will get REALLY hot!
