Brass Sep 09, 2011
By John Kugelman Weber states to use only brass on their porcelain cast iron grates. I used to be able to find them at every hardware and drug store. Now they seem to have all but disappeared and only stainless is available. This product is perfect. The brass bristles do a fine job cleaning the grates without scratching the porcelain finish, the handle is the right length and is easy to hold while cleaning. Thank You.

I bought a new Colman grill and this is the BRASS brush that the instructions require be used. It is durable and does a good job.

Durable Brass Brush Jul 12, 2011
By devo As with all Libman products, well made and durable. Brass is a must for(stainless steel will damage the coating) ceramic coated cooking grates. Cleans the BBQ in a few brush strokes. Other brass brushes that I have had don't last. So far there are no signs of wear. The only thing that I wish is that it had a longer handle (4 stars instead of 5). That's just my preference.
Brass grill brush May 22, 2012
By bartender wannabe Very nic and handy brush. The handle could stand to be a bit longer. I cook with charcoal and the heat in much more extreme than gas. I have found that this brush doesn't "load up" like many others do. It does just what it is supposed to do "Brush the grating and allow the loose leftovers from the cook before to hit the coals (or flavor bars)." Very happy with these. Will buy again...
Libman Brass Grill Brush May 11, 2012
By Susan L. Methvin This is a great grill brush. The head is nice and wide and the metal scraper is as wide as the head. Have used it once and appears to be well made. I wanted the longer handled version, but it was not available, so I settled on this one. I had to use an oven mitt to brush once the coals were hot.
