5Mantis Tiller tines  Mar 22, 2009
By J. Segers "APhotoWizard"
I wore all the tines off my tiller tines over the course of the last 2 years. They did not break, but when they are less than 2 inches long from the hub and straight, they don't dig very well. After installing new tines, my tiller was back to new again. I used it to plant 6 apple trees, 2 pear trees, 5 peach trees, 2 plum trees, 18 blueberry bushes, and 7 lilac plants with no problems. In a couple of weeks, I will plant about 30 rows, 100ft long in the garden all with the new tines. They make preparing the ground easy work. If your tines are worn, I highly recommend new ones.

These tines are identical to the orginals. And they were shipped promply.

Not much to add. These are the exact same ones that come with the new tillers.

5New Tiller Tines  Aug 22, 2010
By Richard D Filmer
My old tiller tines were more worn out than I realized. I use my Echo tiller a lot as I am a gardener for a large estate as well as for myself. When I installed and used the new tines, I was amazed at how well they dug into the soil and loosened it and fluffed it up. I use the tiller to keep the soil cultivated and free of weeds getting started. I should have purchased two sets so I will have a set when I wear these down sometime in the future.

5mantis tines  Dec 22, 2008
By Roberta Smith "gardener"
We have used our Mantis for 6 years now, and have heavy clay with rocks. This is the reason for the replacement of the tines. We have planted many trees, shrubs and made new planting beds with great success.
