OK - if you don't mind the reduced water pressure... Aug 12, 2003
I recently purchased this product from Amazon. Although it does an adequate job for a hose, I was somewhat disappointed in the water pressure reduction. Because of the much smaller hose diameter, the flow rate is significantly reduced.Another disappointment is that it does "kink" up, even though the Amazon description says that it won't. For me, it actually kinks up more than a normal hose. I don't know that I would have purchased the product if I had known about these issues before hand.

Good product, better Customer Service! Oct 09, 2004
By J. Beatty We had no problems with the hose becoming tangled. The pressure was OK for our needs. However, when we detected a few leaks from pin-size holes, we were concerned. We shouldn't have been. The Customer Service people at Plastair were quick to respond to my email and not only sent us a replacement hose but threw in a new nozzle for the inconvenience! Good job Sarah and Tom.

A Big Disappointment Jun 01, 2004
By C. Keener This hose has low pressure, it does not recoil on its own, and it tangles horribly. I regret buying it and will soon throw it away. Don't waste your money on this product.

Plastair SpringHose 75-Foot Coiled Water hose Aug 09, 2008

I love the fact that the hose is coiled, to make it more convenient for storage, and it stretches out to its' full 75 foot length but it does get tangled up in itself which is and can be a pain.

Plastair SpringHose Aug 09, 2009
By S. Schroeder
"seaside gal"
I bought two of these to do my hand watering in front and back gardens. They are exactly as pictured, and the company was very prompt with my order. They are light weight and much easier to handle than my regular hose. The only reason I didn't give them five stars is that occasionally they will tangle as you go in a different direction.
