By william murray tate, jr. If you enjoy grilling, this is the only rub you need...period.. I use grapeseed oil and put this rub on my steaks, lamb and chicken.. Everyone wants to know what i did..The mixture of herbs is incredible..

By Rita D This rub is truly a MUST-HAVE in my home! A mix of Greek oregano, Tuscan rosemary and Moroccan mint, it can be used to season steaks, poultry, pork, seafood and vegetables. At Christmastime, after inserting garlic cloves into my standing rib pork roast, I brush EV olive oil on its surface, then press the Mediterranean rub onto the oil. Tented in aluminum foil, it roasts slowly and when folks arrive, my house smells AMAZING (their words!). The flavor of the meat is equally wonderful! Can't wait to receive my next container!
