I don't own this particular pad May 25, 2010 what I do own is a 3 pack of stainless steel pads purchased at Walmart for $1.30 and they work very well. They also come in a 3 pack of copper pads for the same price.

Tool Wizard Grill Brush is rated #1 by Cooks Illustrated Sep 22, 2009 All of these negative and 'bogus' posts are from the inventor who is trying to pull sales to his own competing product which is double the cost and has 5% of the sales volume.
These scrubbers were the ones most recently tested by Cooks Illustrated and were rated HIGHER than the inventors smaller double scrubs as the larger scrubber is more effective and lasts longer. The brush itself is essentially the same except for plastic handle (which is dishwasher safe) vs. wood handle (which ages quickly outdoors) and the plastic handle version costs only $10.99 vs. $22.50 on the inventors site. These posts by the inventor are the scam! He has granted Barr Brothers the right to produce and sell the brush and receives royalty payments. Dont be fooled by a con artist!

Not "Grill Wizard" scrubs Sep 16, 2009 This product is bogus and essentially fake. They are not "Grill Wizard" brand scrubs. Shop at the "source" - you won't be disappointed again.

okay but not worth the money or shipping costs Mar 18, 2009 I used to clean a heavy cast iron propane grill grate after cooking, don't use before cooking unless you wipe down the grate. Did the job, but as previous reviewer mentioned after few uses leaves flakes of the steel material on the grate, but takes off caked on grease and charred flesh from previous grilling.
It's okay, but I will not be buying replacement scrubbers, the wire brushes do the same trick and don't leave any steel flakes in your grill.

refills grill brush Feb 05, 2009 I use the grill cleaner all the time but haven't needed the replacement pads yet, but the cleaner works fine and lasts much longer than the grill brushes I used to use. I'd go through two or three every summer, so far I'm still on the original pad. Good price and service would recommend to anyone.
