5Solid Construction, Smaller Than I thought  Jun 03, 2010

This is the first Wolf-Garten tool I've owned, and I have to say I am impressed with the quality. I was unable to find any local dealer, and Amazon has pretty decent prices compared to what I found listed elsewhere. The fork has strong welds, is heavy and durable, and seats well inside the handle, in this case a 59" aluminum (sold separately). It has solid tines, and I feel it will last a very long time.

The one thing I was surprised about is that the fork is a bit smaller than I had anticipated. In re-reading the dimensions, it is exactly what was described, but from the image I had imagine a much larger fork. But that was my own fault and not a negative to the tool. It still works well for getting in close to plants with little disturbance to the surrounding area.

For those not familiar with Wolf-Garten Interlocken, it is a combination set where you can mix/match the handles to the tools, saving on money and space, while getting a very configurable set of tools at a reasonably affordable price. After purchasing my first couple to test out (also bought the Push-Pull Weeder), I can imagine getting several more, as I am very impressed with the quality of the products. If you don't already have a full set of garden tools, this may be worth considering early on.

I Have Used it around the yard and with the 59" Handel it does have a Good Grip the fork is good to pick up small pieces of wood and leafes I would say to anyone Wolf-Garten Productions are the Best ones on the Market Today Anyone Should Buy them.....
