Great little grill Aug 28, 2010 This is a great little grill that actually gives a lot of room for grilling. We use our grill at least once a week. Last week I was able to cook a rack of Lloyds ribs, two hot dogs, and roast a whole pepper all at the same time. Like I said before...it's compact but offers a lot of grilling room. The fact that it snaps closed makes it easy to transport. I would recommend it to anyone.
Love that grill! Jul 26, 2010 That grill is just awesome except one thing - it's heavy.
Handlesr are very comfortable and get hot so you can move the grill around the place.
Charcoal cage does its job and lets all the ashes go down while the coal is on the top.
Actually it cooks very fast. From installing to eating it took me only 15 minutes! The construction allows to keep the heat inside so it cooks very fast.
As I have said before it's pretty heavy for going anywhere ) So you if need to hike thru forest to you BBQ place in 10 minutes - carrying the grill can be a challenge.
Grillarious! Wonderful....I am in love Jul 07, 2010 I got this today and I am nothing but thrilled with it already. I previously bought a cheaper portable grill but returned it once I saw this one. It is so sturdy and well made. I can't believe it. I would recommend to anyone I know. Actually, this is my new gift that I will be giving for numerous occasions to come! Thank you Weber for marrying price with superior quality!!!

Perfect grill for apartment living... Jul 05, 2010 I've been wanting to grill for years, but I've never had a convenient patio or deck as I've been an apartment dweller for the past 15 years. I finally did a little research and of the various small charcoal grilling options, I feel like the Weber Go-Anywhere grill is the answer to my quest.
The Pros:
- Sturdy side-mounted handles. (I wanted the ability to move the grill closer to my apartment before it's completely cooled to get it out of the sidewalk.)
- Large grilling surface for such a small grill.
- Folding leg-stands that double as lid clamps.
- Sturdy metal on body. (All the Weber mini grills feature very sturdy construction as compared to other similar-sized grills from different brands. In particular, the Thermos and Bobber brand grills which felt very light and cheap.)
- Easy construction. (all that's required out of the box is to slip on 4 stainless steel washers on the wire legs which then slide through the side-mounted vent covers into four holes. Very simple.)
- Cools down very quickly (in about 25 minutes with all vents shut.)
- Good airflow design to keep the coals hot. There are four vents, two on top of the lid, and two along each side that rest below the charcoal.
The Cons:
- The main con is also one of it's pros ironically. Though the lid-clamping leg stands are a nice feature, it's not quite the sturdy leg structure that I'm looking for. Though the clamps are a selling point, I wish they were independent from a nicer, more sturdy set of four legs.
Overall, at a forty-odd-dollar price point, this is one sturdy and convenient grill. At 6:30pm I was heating up the coals, had the steaks on by 6:50, and was closing up the vents at 7:05. It was cold to the touch at 7:40, and was sitting back in the laundry room. Totally worth a little extra dough over the Weber Smokey Joe models, and worth every cent more than the Thermos brand little charcoal grills.
Cute cooker Jul 02, 2010 I've used this several times. If the side vents are closed too much the coals go out but I am getting better with the heat control the more I use it. I does hamburger, chicken and hot dogs excellent.
