Tubtrug Buckets Return Policy: 

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase shipped directly through TubtrugBuckets.com, we offers a 30 day (from ship date) return and exchange, less shipping and handling charges.

For items shipped from amazon.com or partners, please follow each sellers return policy. Log on My Account or go to Order History for more information from that seller. Please DO NOT return other sellers items to Tubtrug Buckets, it will only delay your exchange/refund process. 

Tubtrug Buckets Returns/Exchanges Are Subject To The Following Requirements:

• Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days from ship date.
• Returns after 30 days, a 20% restocking fee applies.
• To exchange an item(s), the restocking fee does not apply.
•  All returns must be in brand new, mint condition.
• Returned item(s) must be in the original undamaged manufacturing packaging with all packaging materials, contents and tags.
• All item(s) must be in a resalable condition.
• Any used merchandise sent to Tubtrug Buckets will be returned at the customer's expense.

Returning Your Order for Refund or Exchange, please follow the steps below

• Email returns@giftedhorse.com or call (434) 979-0957 to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#). When calling, please have your order number available. Via e-mail, please include your name, order number, and reason for return or exchange. This is how we track the return and any credit related to you.
• Complete the Return/Exchange form on the back of the Packing Slip you received with your purchase and send back with item(s) in the box.
• Please include your RA# on the returns label.
• Ship your package back to us at the address below using a traceable shipping method.

• The Return Authorization number will be valid for 15 days from the date issued. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
•  We recommend that you insure the parcel when shipping higher-priced items. Packages must be returned prepaid - we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries, items will be returned.
• Once we have received the item(s), please allow 3-4 weeks for us to process your return.
• Tubtrug Buckets cannot refund original shipping and handling charges on exchanges or returns.
• If you cancel an order after the item(s) have been shipped, shipping charges cannot be refunded.
• We will refund shipping charges only if the item shipped was due to our error.

Christmas Gifts Returns & Exchanges:

• All purchases made in December, the returns & exchange policy will be extended till January 30th.
• Refunds will be credited to the Original Method of Payment.
• Please read & follow all Tubturug Buckets policies.
• For exchanges, if purchased items are greater than returned items, please include your Credit Card Number on the exchange/returns form.
